Louder Than Life 2026
The Louder Than Life festival has announced its 2026 lineup, featuring over 200 bands across four days and seven stages in Louisville, Kentucky. The event, organized by Danny Wimmer Presents, will take place from September 17 to 20, 2026. According to Danny Wimmer, the festival will offer something for everyone, including legendary and emerging bands, food, bourbon, and other festivities. Wimmer stated, "Last year, we took over Kentucky Kingdom and broke rock festival records. This year, we’re back to deliver the ultimate rock escape. Louder Than Life is your playground — ride the coasters, catch legendary and emerging bands, enjoy incredible food and bourbon, and dive headfirst into the rock experience you’ve been waiting for." The headliners for each night include Iron Maiden, Pantera, and Megadeth on Thursday, September 17; My Chemical Romance, Pierce The Veil, and A Day to Remember on Friday, September 18; Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, and Sublime on Saturday, September 19; and TOOL, Gojira, and Danny Elfman on Sunday, September 20. Other notable performances include Pantera’s only U.S. show of 2026, Danny Elfman’s first show in the Eastern half of the U.S. in nearly a decade, and one of Megadeth’s final farewell performances. The festival will also feature reunion sets from various bands, including Circa Survive, Get Scared, and Metal Church.
